Christopher Grøndahl

Born 1969 in Oslo, Norway. Award-winning Norwegian screenwriter and novelist.

His drama "Risk" won the Prix Europa for "Best European Radio Drama 2003".

In 2007 he received the prestigious Ibsen Prize for his dramas "Tundra" and "Silent Winds of Blackpool".

Same year, he won the Norwegian Fabel Award for his sci-fi-novel "104".

In 2010 he had considerable success with the full length feature "Nokas", based on his idea and screenplay, and directed by Erik Skjoldbjærg. The movie was a box-office hit and both Grøndahl and Skjoldbjærg won an Amanda 2010, for best screenplay and best director respectively.
